My wife Kylie Hooker and I are delighted to bring the Raine & Horne Real Estate brand right here to Hamilton and the greater Waikato area.

I was born and bred in the Waikato, growing up on a dairy farm outside of Morrinsville. I spent a most of my time outdoors riding motorbikes and playing rugby with my four brothers. I attended Morrinsville College where I gained level 3 NCEA and University Entrance, before heading to the University of Waikato business school where I achieved a bachelor’s degree in marketing and public relations. Following my time studying I was offered the opportunity to work alongside my brother Mark at Waikato Homes as an apprentice builder, where I built numerous homes from the ground up. I credit Mark for instilling in me an incredible work ethic, a passion for attention to detail and impeccable customer service. The hands-on skills I gained in construction, coupled with my knowledge base in marketing and public relations, give me an enviable advantage over other agents to be able to discuss property and selling strategies beyond a face value level.
