Six-month fixed term tenancy This is a two levelled, fully furnished property. The first level has two bedrooms, one bathroom and laundry. The top level is one bedroom, one-bathroom, generous open plan living, dining, kitchen. The living areas opens on to both a large front deck and big back yard. The back yard has a covered seating area, swimming pool and spa. The ideal start date for the six months is mid-May, but these dates can be flexible. Weekly rent is $650 per week.
