Neville Ruske

Neville's journey in real estate commenced in 1988, after exploring various businesses. Over the years, he has garnered extensive experience in residential, commercial, industrial, lifestyle, and property management. Neville's passion for property is evident from his ownership of rental and commercial properties, and his current involvement in building projects.

Together with his wife Gill, Neville founded NRG Realty Ltd in 2011, with the acquisition of the Tauranga Professionals Office. NRG represents Neville, Ruske, and Gill, while also embodying the energy and drive of the company's employees and contractors. Since then, the company has expanded to include offices in Mount/Papamoa, Kati Kati, Waihi, and Waihi Beach.

Despite his more than 32 years of experience, Neville still encounters challenges in property marketing. However, as the company's Director, he takes pleasure in guiding the company's progress and supporting its management, administration, and sales team.

Although Neville is not actively involved in selling, he remains available to chat about real estate matters and assist individuals looking to buy or sell properties or advance their real estate careers.
