I come from a background in engineering, IT and management before jumping head long into real estate in 2014. After successfully selling in Auckland for a couple of years, picking up NZ Rookie of the Year for Professionals NZ in my first year, as a family we decided to move to Tauranga.
Working in NRG Realty Ltd first as a business development manager and then sales manager, in 2021 my wife Bronwen and I became co-owners of NRG Realty Ltd.
Now as Principal of NRG Realty Limited, I have the pleasure of looking after our five Raine and Horne offices in Tauranga, Mount Maunganui, Katikati, Waihi Beach and Waihi. In this role, I get the hit of helping my team succeed, combined with the rush of real estate – a perfect combination for me!
I love helping my salespeople grow and develop so they continue to provide great outcomes for their sellers and buyers. My role is not only helping in day-to-day transactions, ensuring we’re getting the best results possible in the most professional way; but also looking into new technologies and ways of doing real estate to ensure the team are always up to date.
