Wendy has been a resident of Waihi Beach since 1986 and had been a regular holiday visitor to the area before that. Her love and familiarity with the region are evident as she possesses a deep knowledge of the local area. Not only does she have a comprehensive understanding of the properties in the vicinity, but she is also acquainted with the individuals who reside, work, and vacation there. Wendy has taken great pleasure in being an active member of various local sporting clubs, while her family holds immense importance in her life.

Her real estate journey commenced in 1990 at First National Philcox & Steevens, marking the beginning of an illustrious career. In 2002, Wendy assumed the role of managing the Waihi Beach Branch Office for Whangamata Real Estate Ltd. Continuing her successful path, she became the Branch Manager and salesperson for the Waihi Beach Branch Office at Marketing 2000 Ltd, a member of the esteemed Harcourts Group, in July 2008. In mid-2013, she rejoiced in returning to Philcox & Steevens First National Waihi Beach, where she supported Pam in managing her office and actively engaged in the marketplace.

These accomplishments have instilled in her the confidence to provide the public with highly qualified, honest, and experienced service.
