In autumn, buyers who want to buy in a less competitive market are typically still on the hunt after the summer buying season eases. Also, by selling to sell in autumn, your property can stand out from the rest due to a less crowded market.

While the months of June to September across many parts New Zealand are frosty, winter can also be an optimum time to sell, as the colder weather means fewer would-be buyers are out and about. It means the ones who are at home opens are serious contenders.
