Born in Auckland in the late 1950’s and spending her childhood in the Panmure area has given Julie the ability to attune to people from all walks of life.

She married Raymond in 1976 and together they have raised three daughters (Charlotte, Erica, and Stephanie) and are also very involved with their three granddaughters. They can be found at the netball most Saturdays and Julie can often be seen walking with the youngest granddaughter hunting ‘fairies’ in the Waiuku forest on her pony.

They moved to Waiuku in the early 1990’s and are very passionate about the area that they have embraced as their hometown. With Julie being involved in all that is horsey and a keen user of the riding trails in the Waiuku Forrest. Raymond is a keen fisherman and often fishes over the Manukau Bar when the weather allows. They share an interest in classic cars and enjoy outings in their 1965 Chevrolet Impala Coupe (and help with the odd wedding just ask) and Raymond is currently restoring a 1966 Impala Station Wagon to be used for family outings.

Experiencing a successful Sales career at the firm she commenced with in 2007 she was always motivated to achieve more and when the opportunity of a Mike Pero Franchise was offered to her it was too hard to turn down. Being able to offer a great value, nationwide, and a top class full Real Estate Service to both property owners and purchasers is truly exciting for her. The subsequent purchase of the Mike Pero Brand by the Super–Brand Raine & Horne the real estate service she can now offer her clients is beyond advanced.

Now with years of experience behind her she offers a quiet confidence, honesty, and reliability to all her clients in her assured unflappable manner.
